Return Process

  Carefully place your items in the original packaging, ensuring all labels and protective bags are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
